Craig is on every job site. Not managing from behind a desk... on the site, in the details, solving problems before they become expensive ones.

After earning his degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia ('05) and spending years managing large-scale projects at BrockBuilt and Walton Construction, Craig founded Capcon in 2014 with a simple belief: commercial construction should be transparent, on time, and built by people who actually care about the outcome.

Nearly 20 years in construction taught him what clients hate most: surprises. Surprise costs. Surprise delays. Surprise quality issues. So he built the CRAFT Method to eliminate every one of them. Every project gets a line-item budget, a visual timeline, real-time communication, and his personal attention.

When he's not on a job site, you'll find Craig at a UGA football game, coaching his daughters' sports teams, or giving back to the Atlanta community that's given him everything.
